Tomos Motorcycles
Tomos is a Slovenian manufacturer based in the city of Koper. Tomos has produced various goods for the Eastern European market, including motorcycles, cars, mopeds and boats. Commonly only the mopeds are well known. Tomos acquired a license to produce existing moped models from Puch under its own name. Tomos once produced Citro? cars for the homemarket.
Tomos as a moped is also produced in Epe, the Netherlands since 1966. The Dutch development team is responsible for the introduction of models like the Colibri, Targa and Revival. Tomos is the last remaining moped factory in the Netherlands, surviving at least 36 others since 1966.
