Taylor, Pennsylvania, settled in 1790 and incorporated in 1893, features endless miles of forests, mountains and scenic valleys spread throughout more than five square miles.  This Lackawanna County borough lies four miles southwest of Scranton along the beautiful Lackawanna River.  Taylor, whose name honors railroad promoter Moses Taylor, is among the most picturesque regions in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
