Springville Township, Pennsylvania rests amidst the spectacular Endless Mountains in Susquehanna County.  With a population of 42,238, Susquehanna County comprises over a dozen boroughs and numerous townships spread throughout more than 830 square miles.  Named for the mighty Susquehanna River, the county formed from part of Luzerne County on February 21, 1810.  The seat and center of government of Susquehanna County is Montrose, population 1,664.
