Woman Receives Settlement in Newspaper Delivery Crash
Attorney Matthew A. Cartwright, of Munley, Munley & Cartwright, Plains, has announced the terms of a $1.5 million settlement reached between Angela Christman, 43, Carbon County, and Wayne Hildebrand, an independent contract motor route driver. Mr. Hildebrand's Subaru crossed into the oncoming lane and directly into the path of Ms. Christman. Mr. Cartwright noted that Ms. Christman received severe injuries, requiring several orthopedic surgeries, scar revision surgery, and causing a permanent foot drop from damage to her sciatic nerve in connection with pelvic injuries from the accident.
