Munley to Speak at Interstate Trucking Conference, KY Justice Association

Scranton, PA - February 22, 2008 - Attorney Daniel W. Munley, a partner in Munley, Munley & Cartwright, has been chosen to speak at two upcoming conferences.

Munley will present Spoilage in Tractor Trailer Case for the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America in St. Louis, Missouri this May. Munley, a member of the Executive Board of the American Association for Justice's Interstate Trucking Group, was invited to speak because of his growing reputation as a stand-out in commercial vehicle litigation.

Munley will also present Discovery in a Tractor Trailer Case to the Kentucky Justice Association in June.

Dan is a Civil Trial Specialist, certified by the National Board of Trial Advocates; he is also an active member of the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Munley has been recognized as a Million Dollar Advocate, a Pennsylvania Rising Star Super Lawyer and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.

Munley's practice is concentrated upon personal injury cases with a special focus on tractor trailer litigation. He has successfully litigated commercial motor vehicle cases for more than ten years, and is a frequent speaker on Tractor Trailer Litigation. Dan is also a contributing author of Truck Accident Litigation 2nd Edition, published by the American Bar Association.
