Caroline Munley Named Rising Star Super Lawyer

SCRANTON, PA - 10/10/07 - Attorney Caroline Munley was recently named a 2007 "Rising Star Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics, Inc. and the publishers of Philadelphia Magazine. She is among only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys receiving this distinction, placing her among the best young lawyers in America. This is the second time Ms. Munley has been named to the prestigious listing.

In order to become a Rising Star, an attorney must be 40 years old or younger, have practiced law for 10 years or less, and have made a significant impact on the profession. To determine who will qualify for the award, current and former Super Lawyers are asked to nominate attorneys whom they have personally observed. Law & Politics, Inc rigorously scrutinizes all nominations, and independent researchers evaluate each nominee via interviews, evaluations of their professional achievements, and verification of good standing with the State Bar of Pennsylvania.

Atty. Caroline Munley earned her degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where she received the Barrister Award for Achievement in the field of Trial Advocacy. She currently serves as Managing Partner of Munley, Munley and Cartwright, a leading law firm representing victims and consumers in personal injury litigation.
