Marion Munley Presents American Association of Justice Update on Truck Litigation
Scranton, Pennsylvania – February 22, 2009 – Attorney Marion C. Munley was one of the key presenters in Las Vegas, NV at an American Association for Justice seminar on Litigating Truck Collision Cases.
The event, cosponsored by the American Association of Justice Interstate Trucking Litigation Group, was held on Feb. 20-21, 2009 at Caesars Palace.
The topic of Munley's presentation was "Review and Update: All The Latest Regarding Federal Regulations.
Munley was recently certified by the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, becoming the only female attorney in the country to receive that honor. AITLA is a national association of committed lawyers joined together to help eliminate unsafe and illegal trucking practices.
