  • Two of our attorneys, Robert W. Munley and Matthew A. Cartwright are members of the International Society of Barristers, an honor society of outstanding trial lawyers chosen by their peers on the basis of excellence and integrity in advocacy. The Society seeks to preserve trial by jury, the adversary system, and independence of the judiciary. In recognition of his outstanding personal and professional qualities and distinguished attainments, Mr. Munley was named as an Advocate of the Society in 1986.
  • Lawdragon Legal Rankings ranks the best lawyers throughout the country. The rankings represent less than the top 1 percent of the overall legal profession. Marion Munley and Robert W.   • The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Six members of our firm are part of this outstanding group. They are: Robert W. NBTA is accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) to certify lawyers in the specialty areas of civil, criminal and family law trial advocacy.
