Daniel Munley Recovers $1.9 Million For Clients Hit In Head-On Car Accident
A jury has awarded $1.9 million to a Pennsylvania family whose vehicle was hit head-on by a 16-year-old driver.
Lawyer Daniel W. Munley of Munley, Munley & Cartwright represented the family of Mike Dolph. Dolph was behind the wheel in 2006 when the 16-year-old driver of an oncoming vehicle hit the Dolph vehicle head-on.
Mike Dolph and his son, Sean, were both severely injured. Mike Dolph had to have one leg amputated below the knee and Sean suffered a fractured left leg.
The wreck occurred in Wayne County. The verdict was announced on April 1, 2011.
