Dan W. Munley Named AAJ Trucking Litigation Group National Chair

At the recent 2011 American Association for Justice Annual Convention in New York City, Attorney Daniel W. Munley was elevated to the position of Chairman of the Trucking Litigation Group. He has been an active  committee member of TLJ since 2001 and previously served as Special Projects Coordinator, Treasurer, Secretary, Chair Elect, and now as Chairman.

After accepting the Board’s nomination, Dan addressed the gathering of lawyers from across the nation, remarking “Being elected Chair of this Committee is an honor for both myself and the law firm of Munley, Munley & Cartwright. Our firm has always striven to give truck accident victims the best representation possible  both in and out of the court room. I look forward to continuing my fight for injured victims on behalf of TLJ and believe that my years in the trenches with the Committee have prepared me well.”

Over the years, Attorney Dan Munley has developed a national reputation as a tractor trailer accident litigator. He has been a featured speaker on trucking litigation at several national conventions, and is a contributing author of Truck Accident Litigation, published by the American Bar Association. Daniel Munley resides in Clark Summit with his wife Valerie and their three children.
